In a case where large forming machine (ZUB360) was utilized to its full capacity for curl forming processing, a more than 40% rationalization was achieved by changing the production method from the conventional process of pipe cutting - machining - blanking to a method of irregular material pressing - forming and riveting - inner pipe insertion.
